PlanClock may provide personal information to Law enforcement agencies, Government agencies and Emergency services in emergency situations or where required by statute or court order.

Data Deletion Requests

We respect your right to control your personal information. If at any point you wish to access, amend, or delete your personal information that we hold, you have the following option:

You may send a deletion request to our Privacy Officer by contacting us at support@chostar.me. Upon receiving your request, we will provide a confirmation of receipt within a reasonable timeframe. Following your request, we will take steps to delete your personal data from our systems and databases within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it due to legal reasons.

Please note, deleting your data may result in a loss of functionality or the termination of services provided by us, where this information is necessary for provision of such services.

In certain circumstances, and in accordance with data protection laws, we can refuse to comply with your data deletion request or charge a reasonable administrative fee if the request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
